Online Orders - Delivery & Returns
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of €5.00 per order within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland but is FREE for all orders over €100. Delivery to the United Kingdom is €7.50 per order. Currently we do not deliver outside of Ireland and the UK.
While Paul Byron Shoes endeavours to provide the most cost effective delivery charges, delivery costs charged at checkout are subject to change and in some circumstances you may be requested to provide additional delivery costs after checkout for heavy weight or multi packed products.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, this is usually within a few working days of an order being placed, but during busy periods it may take up to 10 working days. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email and you can expect to receive your goods the next working day in Ireland, or within 5 working days for orders going to the United Kingdom. Paul Byron Shoes will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to adverse weather conditions.
Delivery is by courier. It will be delivered during working hours and MUST be signed for so please provide a valid delivery address.
We hope you are delighted with your shoes and that the goods meet with your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the shoes to us in accordance with our returns policy.
If after receiving the shoes you decide you do not want them you have 21 days from delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All shoes returned must be unworn and repacked in the original box with labels attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. (It is advisable to try on shoes on carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole) The advice note supplied with the shoes must be included for a refund to be processed.
Return the shoes to us by post or courier using the pre-printed address label on the advice note supplied with the shoes. The return postage charge must be paid by the customer and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please retain proof of postage as Paul Byron Shoes will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.
The shoes may also be exchanged in any of our 21 stores throughout Ireland - see store locator link below. It will be necessary to have the invoice issued with the goods to process an exchange. Please note that stores cannot issue a refund, only an exchange or gift voucher.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order you must contact our office on +353 9066 27270 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order ID which you will find on your confirmation email.
When you complete an order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order ID
What the status of your order means:
Processing = Your order is being processed by our warehouse and should be due for dispatch soon
Completed = Your order has been dispatched with our courier and is on it's way to you
